About The Builder (Provident Housing) Provident Housing Limited, a subsidiary of Puravankara Projects Limited, stands as a trailblazer in making high-quality homes affordable. Focusing on the premium affordable housing sector, Provident Housing is dedicated to catering to the needs of first-time homebuyers. Presently, we are actively engaged in three projects in Bangalore and Chennai, collectively offering 6.5 million square feet of living space.
