Pulimamidi is an emerging, largely plotted residential belt in the far south of Hyderabad, spread across the Rajendra Nagar and Maheswaram mandals of Rangareddy district along the southern arc of the Outer Ring Road. Rather than a built-up neighbourhood, it is a develop-over-time corridor where gated townships, plots and low-density launches are still taking shape on what was farmland.

The Outer Ring Road is the reason the belt exists in real estate terms. This is very much a corridor buying into a future rather than a finished suburb.

The trade-offs need stating plainly: it is a far-south, low-density stretch with few amenities close by, no metro, and a genuine drive to the western employment hubs, so it reads as a patient, land-led play whose returns depend on the corridor filling in. On pricing, listing platforms such as 99acres put flats in the wider Rajendra Nagar belt around Rs 6,500 to 9,800 per sq.ft, while plots further out towards Maheswaram trade much lower, reflecting how raw parts of this belt still are.
