Old Madras Road (NH-75) is one of East Bengaluru's most strategic transit corridors, running east from KR Puram toward Hoskote and ultimately Chennai. The stretch through Budigere, Avalahalli, and KR Puram has emerged as a high-growth residential and mixed-use zone, anchored by Brigade Cosmopolis and several large townships.
