Century Kindle
Century Kindle by Century Real Estate at Attur Lake, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. RERA approved 2 to 4 BHK from Rs 1.18 Cr, possession Dec 2029.
Attur, better known as Attur Layout, is a planned residential neighbourhood within Yelahanka New Town in North Bengaluru, under BBMP jurisdiction with PIN code 560064. Laid out on an orderly grid with generous greenery, it has long been one of the quieter, more family oriented pockets of the north, and it has drawn fresh attention as North Bangalore's infrastructure has caught up.
Road connectivity runs off NH-44, the Bellary Road spine, which links the layout to Kempegowda International Airport about 23 km to the north and to Hebbal and the city on the other side. Yelahanka railway station, roughly 5 km away, adds a suburban rail option, and Yelahanka Main Road and the Outer Ring Road feed towards the Manyata belt. The headline change is the metro: the Blue Line airport extension (Phase 2B, running from KR Puram to the airport) is under construction with a planned Yelahanka station, targeted for around 2027, so rail-based metro access is coming but not yet live.
Social infrastructure is well settled. Schools such as Mallya Aditi International School and Seshadripuram Public School serve the area, hospitals including Arka Hospital and Omega Hospital handle healthcare, and Galleria Mall along with the older Yelahanka market cover shopping. Parks and tree cover give the layout a calmer feel than the denser southern and eastern suburbs.
Attur suits families who value a green, planned setting, professionals working around the airport, the aerospace park and North Bangalore, and investors betting on the metro. The trade-offs are about geography: the layout sits far from the East and South IT corridors of Whitefield, ORR and Electronic City, so a job on that side means a long cross-city commute, the metro is still a couple of years from opening, and Bellary Road carries steady airport traffic. On pricing, listing platforms such as 99acres place average values near Rs 9,900 per sq.ft, up by roughly a fifth over the past year on the back of the metro work.
Among live options, the area includes launches such as Century Attur Yelahanka and Century WinningKind. PropNewz tracks new launches and price movement across Attur and Yelahanka so buyers can compare them as the metro nears completion.
